Mark Fawcett
Biography
Mark Fawcett has more than twenty years of experience in political affairs, policy work, and peacekeeping. He most recently worked as an adviser to the OSCE Secretary General in Vienna. He has previously covered the Balkans at the OSCE Secretariat and worked as head of the Executive Office of the OSCE Mission in Croatia. He has also worked as team leader/political adviser in the Office of the EUSR for the South Caucasus in Brussels and head of office/political adviser in the EU Monitoring Mission for former Yugoslavia. Mark began his career as a British Army Officer and held positions in the UN Peacekeeping Missions in Cyprus and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mark is a Graduate Officer of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and has a Bachelor's Degree with honours in international relations.
